Black Mamba Riders M.C. can become a chartered club of the American Motorcycle Association by completing the application found on the AMA Web site. BMR must have at least five members who are members of the AMA.

For enthusiasts who ride together, be it road or off-road, but aren't really structured or geared up to host formal events.
- At least five current AMA/ATVA members must be listed on the application.
- These clubs cannot vote for Congress Delegates or host sanctioned events.
- The charter fee is $25.00 for a calendar year.
